The South Bay club is one of my favorite highrises. Some of the best things about this building other than the views, are the pet policy, cats and dogs under 20 lbs are allowed. The undercover, gated parking is a plus. There is a gym, a market, heated pool all streaming from the open air lobby -- the only of its kind in Miami Beach. The building recently had a huge assessment to re-do the hallways, the common space, the seawall and the balconies so the building is in really good shape. The units are big with great closets. You get a lot for your money in this building. Not as "fancy schmancy" as the nearby Mirador. A little more down to earth. I highly recommend the building. |
